As a Junior Online Analyst, you’ll play an integral role in monitoring and evaluating digital content, ensuring platform guidelines and client standards are met. Your work will directly contribute to a safer and more reliable online environment for users across the globe.
Analyze and Moderate Content: Review user-generated content across platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines, policies, and legal requirements.
Ensure Accuracy & Quality: Identify misinformation or inappropriate content and take corrective action using designated tools and protocols.
Support Content Review Protocols: Assist in refining evaluation metrics, updating content moderation guidelines, and contributing to quality assurance.
